Poetry Bus

Happiness is a Butterfly.

Happiness, many suppose,
Is owning chateaux and condos.
But if you just sit
And be still for a bit,
It might come land on your nose!

  1. Nice one, Stafford. One of the greatest truths must be the fact that, so often, what we're chasing, is already right there in front of us.

  10. Love the expression on the kid’s face! I have a picture of me with a butterfly on my head, but I think the nose would be the most fun – and happy!

  12. Martin maybe should have finished with "happiness is often right in front of your nose"!
The kid does seem to have mixed feelings, but the butterfly seems relaxed enough.
