Magical Magpie 63.

Magical tube for a mind to cope
With multiple images, colour and hope
For laughter and joy,
Child with a toy,
A cunningly fashioned kaleidoscope!

  3. This is very well written Stafford - it rolls off the tongue and has an interesting enjambment not often seen in the form ;) I love kaleidoscopes.

  4. And on another reading the enjambment has disappeared - magic (or could be I've been on holidays too long) :)

  6. Such a simple, musical gem; I think it touches on my first reaction to the prompt photo, lovely, but jarring to me in my ultra-quiet world. I didn't think I could "cope" with it. Thanks for your magical perception - and for visiting my place.
