The Yank had a gawk
While the Aussie said “Fork!
It looks like a blood splattered lemon!”

    Indeed, very clever. Would have been easy to tie the scene together with some type of reddish pastry jelly (the Yank was probably actually thinking of danish). But as better written here by Stafford, it suggests intrigue!

    Suz, I'll bet against the saying of 'fork' as well
