  5. Your well-compressed bit is well-written and really fits the image. Yet I believe we've been called to "tinker" with earth; that the plants and animals and minerals are there for us to use carefully, for God's glory. Without what's called the green revolution in agriculture, I don't think the earth could sustain as many people as it does currently.

Your comments are always welcome and this one offers the opportunity to ask: "If we mine, deforest, wipe out species and pollute basically so we can feed more people for now, where do we stop? How many more billions is OK? If the answer is 'It is all in God's plan for us', God help us!

  11. God gave man responsibility, and as you point out man hasn't behaved very responsibly. unfortunately that applies to both sides of the issue.
