Kleptomaniac Dog

No, Dog, you might think you’re cute
But you have besmirched my repute.
You pissed off the neighbours
With your bad behaviours
And now you have stolen a boot!

........

Steal a look at what others have made of Tess's prompt at Magpie Tales.

    1. I do wonder what dogs think. Like Kutamun, I thought the boot gave meaning to the body language of both man and dog.

    1. Thanks Nell, I think the dog is confused. He has just brought to his master something he knows he usually gets for himself only to be chastised!

    1. Thanks Bruce. I do too and am aware that most funny limericks are risqué, but there is a limit to what I will write for my blog.
