Magpie 44

Practicing for the Winter Olympics.

Out on the snow I'm hot-doggin’
My Flexible Flyer toboggan.
Downwards I hurtle
Until I turn turtle
And land upside down on my noggin!

  3. What creativity, sir, there
    way down under, with temps
of 80 degrees, and sun blistering
your buns, you still find the
poetic chops to put us, and
yourself into the snow, into another
fine limerick. My smile will last
    for hours.

  19. Dear Stafford,
I see them tumbling head over heels over each other but still landed in the same position in bed as they had started. That itself is hilarious! The cartoon complements the limerick which is just as hilarious. Excellent piece!
