What are you frightened of?

I did not
vilify your prophet

 I did not
 deny your Allah

 I did not
 ask for anything

 I just want
to be human

 And you shot me.

  1. But then why should their prophet not be vilified given that he his most prominent fruits such oppression and violence as led to the shooting of the woman in the poem?

  2. Fighting for a girl's right to be educated .. Malala's courage knows no bounds. The Taliban warned they would target her again if she survived ... this cannot happen!

  6. So many lives destroyed all in the name of someone's "God".
I was not raised in a religious home- instead we were raised to follow the Golden rule "One should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself."
We were raised to view all people equally regardless of race, gender or religion. Now we can add sexual orientation.
It seems so simple doesn't it.
    Sadly it isn't.
